Services

Our Services

Seven capability areas that make up the OptiPro toolkit. Every one of them runs on the same BOSS architecture — we don't reinvent the methodology per service, we apply one consistent system everywhere.

Service

Operational Excellence

The umbrella discipline behind everything else on this page: finding where an operation is losing time, money, or safety margin, and fixing it at the system level rather than patching the symptom.

Our Approach

We apply the full four-phase BOSS methodology — Build Understanding, Observe Operations, Solve Systematically, Sustain Success — to the operation as a whole, rather than one isolated process.

What You Get

A prioritized roadmap covering every constraint we find, ranked by impact and effort.

What's Included

  • Full-cycle BOSS engagement
  • Cross-functional constraint analysis
  • Prioritized, costed improvement roadmap
  • Ongoing performance review cadence

Who It's For

Operators who want a comprehensive view of where their operation is losing performance, not just a fix for one symptom.

Service

Lean Six Sigma

Root-cause analysis and waste elimination using a certified, statistically-grounded methodology rather than guesswork.

Our Approach

Delivered using AIGPE-certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt methodology — we don't guess at the cause of a problem, we prove it before recommending a fix.

What You Get

A root-cause report, a DMAIC project plan where applicable, and 5S training for your team.

Field Example

We taught 5S methodology directly to team leaders after identifying that empty pallets left in aisles were wasting space and hurting productivity, accuracy, and safety.

What's Included

  • DMAIC-based problem solving
  • Root cause analysis (5 Whys, fishbone)
  • Waste elimination across the 8 wastes
  • 5S workplace organization training

Who It's For

Operations with a recurring problem that's been treated with the same ineffective fix more than once.

Service

Warehouse Optimization

How product, pallets, and people move inside a facility — and how to redesign that movement when it's creating congestion, errors, or wasted space.

Our Approach

We map actual material flow against the facility layout, quantify exactly where congestion is occurring, and design a corrected flow — including how much capacity the fix creates.

What You Get

A revised flow map, a capacity plan, and a sequenced implementation plan.

Field Example

We identified that pallets were cutting through picking aisles and creating dock congestion. We built a map of overflow space by dock door, showing exactly how many pallets each location could hold, and redesigned the flow around it.

What's Included

  • Dock scheduling and appointment window review
  • Slotting and pick-path redesign
  • Pallet flow and aisle congestion mapping
  • Overflow and space capacity planning

Who It's For

Warehouses and distribution centers dealing with dock congestion, slotting drift, or space that isn't being used efficiently.

Service

Safety

Safety audits, hazard identification, and quality checkpoints built directly into standard work — not a separate binder nobody opens.

Our Approach

Grounded in Industrial and Process Safety Engineering training currently in progress, applied floor-first: we look for the risk that's been normalized because it hasn't caused an incident yet.

What You Get

A safety and quality framework, plus an audit checklist your team can run going forward.

Field Example

In one refrigerated distribution environment, we identified that sprinkler pipes were shedding dust onto open product below and proposed a cleaning and inspection fix, alongside a corrective approach for recurring order accuracy errors.

What's Included

  • Safety and hazard walkthrough
  • Contamination and sanitation risk review
  • Quality checkpoints built into standard work
  • Training and certification tracking

Who It's For

Operations with a safety gap that hasn't been formally flagged — often the kind that's been quietly worked around for a long time.

Service

Leadership

Training and standard-work adoption at the team-leader level — the piece that determines whether a fix survives past the consultant leaving.

Our Approach

We train the people who'll own the process day to day, not just the people who approved the project — because sustained change depends on the floor, not the org chart.

What You Get

A training curriculum, delivered sessions, and an adoption checkpoint after rollout.

Field Example

We taught 5S methodology directly to team leaders and are currently working on improving a broader training program — the goal being adoption that holds up without a consultant in the room.

What's Included

  • 5S and standard work training
  • Team leader coaching
  • Training program design and gap review
  • Adoption tracking after rollout

Who It's For

Operations rolling out a process change that needs to hold up after the initial push fades.

Service

Power BI

Turning operational data into dashboards that show the real constraint — not just volume.

Our Approach

This capability is actively being built out — currently pursuing Microsoft's PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst) certification specifically to bring formal dashboarding into the toolkit.

What You Get

A KPI framework and a Power BI dashboard or reporting template, plus a cadence for who reviews it and how often.

What's Included

  • KPI framework design, matched to your actual constraint
  • Power BI dashboard build-out
  • Data collection method design where none exists
  • Reporting cadence and ownership

Who It's For

Operations that are already collecting data but not turning it into a decision-making tool.

Service

Process Improvement

The hands-on, day-to-day practice of finding workflow breakdowns and fixing them — the applied companion to the statistical rigor of Lean Six Sigma.

Our Approach

We map the current state, identify where handoffs or sequencing are creating delay or error, and pilot the redesigned process on a small scale before recommending a full rollout.

What You Get

Redesigned standard operating procedures, a before/after process map, and measured results from the pilot.

What's Included

  • Value stream mapping of the current process
  • Handoff and sequencing review
  • Standard work documentation
  • Pilot testing before full rollout

Who It's For

Operations with a workflow that's grown workarounds nobody planned — and where those workarounds have become the bottleneck.
