Form submissions are processed by Formspree, a form-handling service, which delivers them to our inbox at info@optiproanalytics.com. Our website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, which may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operations. These providers handle data under their own privacy policies. We share your information with other parties only if the law requires it or you ask us to.
This website uses Microsoft Clarity, a free analytics tool, to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages they view, where they click and scroll, and how long they stay. Clarity may set cookies and collects anonymized usage data, including your approximate location, device and browser type, and session recordings and heatmaps of your interactions with the pages. Clarity masks sensitive information typed into form fields by default. Microsoft processes this data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. We use it only to improve the site, and we do not use advertising cookies or sell this data. You can limit tracking through your browser's cookie settings or a tracking-protection extension.
We keep inquiry emails and form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any working relationship, and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it by emailing info@optiproanalytics.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us, but no method of transmitting or storing data online is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
This website is intended for business users. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
