My background spans warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, transportation, operational leadership, project management, Lean Six Sigma, process improvement, and data analytics. Before founding OptiPro Analytics, I served in leadership roles within military operations, aviation ground operations, and distribution environments, where I developed experience leading teams, improving operational performance, strengthening safety practices, and solving complex operational challenges.
Throughout my career, I have consistently focused on identifying inefficiencies, understanding root causes, and developing practical solutions that improve productivity while supporting the people responsible for daily operations.
