OptiPro Analytics Consulting was founded by a single operator, not a team of former executives — and that's intentional. My background is in process improvement, built through direct, hands-on work in refrigerated distribution and airport ground operations: identifying dock congestion, redesigning pallet flow, correcting order accuracy issues, flagging safety risks nobody had caught yet, and training team leaders on 5S standard work.
I didn't come to consulting from a classroom or a corner office — I came to it from the floor, watching the same problems get worked around instead of fixed. That's the gap OptiPro exists to close.
Too much operations consulting stops at the recommendation. A report gets delivered, a few slides get presented, and then everyone goes back to how they were already doing things — because nobody stayed to make the fix stick. OptiPro exists to close that gap: we work the floor, not just the data room, and we don't consider an engagement finished until the fix survives without us in the room.
We help organizations uncover hidden constraints, improve operational performance, strengthen safety, reduce waste, and build systems that continue performing long after the engagement ends.
We observe how work actually happens before we recommend how it should happen.
We fix the root cause, not the visible complaint sitting on top of it.
A fix that doesn't survive staff turnover or the next peak season isn't a fix.
We report what we find, not what's easiest to present.
